• Buy your lessons and your lesson points will be immediately credited to your account, so you can book in with your kaiako straight away.
• Pay for your class and a textbook (if you need one). That's all. There are no other fees.
• Unless otherwise stated, your lesson points expire in 90 days from purchase. (Use it or lose it!)
• If you can't find the time to take your lesson this week, it's OK. You can double up next week. Just make sure you take all your lessons before those points expire!
• Buy as you go for maximum flexibility.
• All classes are one-on-one with a professional te reo kaiako.
• Lessons are 25 minutes long, so book a double or more for a longer session.
• Lessons start on the hour and half hour with a five-minute break in between.
• Please cancel or change your lesson time more than 12 hours before the lesson start time. Your lesson point will be refunded. You can then use your lesson point to re-book at another time.
• If you cancel your lesson less than 12 hours before it is scheduled to start, you will lose your lesson point. Late cancellations are non-refundable.
