Think about the feedback you give and receive in your workplace. How powerful a motivator is it? 
 

Language

Phrases like Kia Kaha (Be strong!) and Kia Maia (Be Brave!) have become commonplace and normalised within many New Zealand settings which is fantastic. There are also many wonderful whakatauki (proverbs) that can be used to inspire a team or group, the most important thing is the sincerity and authenticity of the intention and delivery.
